Our return policy is very simple, no returns. We are primarily a service company. Our services are performed by contract so there are no products to return. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service you received we will reshoot your job or do our best to make it right.
In some cases you may purchase stock media from us. This is a product that you have the opportunity to see and preview before purchase. Once media has been purchased, there are no returns. We deliver a digital product, and that product is too easy to retain and use while getting a refund, so all sales are final.
